I hold an associate degree in accounting, which has helped me develop a strong foundation in financial management and reporting. Over the years, I have worked with various clients from different industries, helping them organize their finances and make informed decisions for their businesses.
My passion for numbers and love for organization led me to start my own bookkeeping and financial coaching company, Breakwater Accounting. Through this venture, I aim to help small businesses and individuals achieve financial success and stability.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector, Krista is an operations and organizational development professional with experience across healthcare, caregiving, early childhood education, project management, and small business development. She specializes in building strong internal systems, managing finances, human resources, grant development, and supporting effective programming. Known for a practical, people-centered approach, Krista helps mission-driven organizations grow sustainably while focused on the communities they serve.

Michelle comes to us after spending valuable time working as a teller at a local bank. Her background handling daily financial transactions has given her a solid foundation in accuracy, client service, and clear communication.
